Some things we may work on tonight:
We haven't posted lately because our web editor stopped working with our browser. Rest assured, much has been happening!
We met last night, Wednesday Feb 19, to talk about projects.
We will resume playing with the Python coding language Saturday Feb 8 at 6 pm. We are following an online video about automating tasks with Python. Beginner's welcome! We move at a very slow pace!
We will skip turning tonight because we don't own submarines! Be careful driving tonight. Supposed to rain a lot from 6-8 pm. Turning will resume next Thursday 6 pm .
Not too formal, just talking about current and future projects. I will bring some bowls I turned. Will we have pizza? Hmm, we might have pizza! RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are installing a local hard-wired network. We have a rack and router installed. Fighting with cabling and ceiling ties now
Made a cedar bowl from wood found in the dump. There is a little crack, but otherwise turned out well.
We finished the welding and duct work (mostly) on the hood today. The hood draws the welding fumes away from you and out the window much better.
We installed a new vise in the metal shop! The metal bucket with the lid is for welding trash - in case it is hot. The other bucket can be filled with water for quenching parts.
Made some progress on the welding hood last night. I hope to get some duct work this weekend. Also installed a MIG gun holster.
I turned some cedar on the lathe. It smells great.
