1 2020-01-18 Metting Notes

1.1 Elections

We have had an election. Here are the results:

• President - Doug
• VP - Steven
• Treasurer - Bill
• Secretary - Alex

1.2 Reviewed bylaws

Discussed Bylaws, agreed to look at these issues in February meeting:

• elections cycle
• physical address change on bylaws

1.3 Discussed tools and projects

1.3.1 Tools we are planning to buy:

• all the little stuff on Doug's list (stuff like duct tape)
• titanium 140 welder (~$400)
• metal chop saw
• metal band saw
• wood planer
• router and router table
• cricut
• heat press
• dremmle

1.4 Projects

• If somebody wants to start a project pick time and post on calendar (or get in touch with our president Doug to get help with posting your project on calendar)
• Some of the projects we plan on having:
  • python class
  • installing RFID system
  • local network
